Return Policy

Our return policy isn't like most companies that you are used to. Due to the uniqueness and pricing of our carvings, and the chances of breakage, we don't really accept returns of the expensive pieces because of the chance of breakage on the return trip. On the smaller, less-expensive pieces, yes, we can arrange for returns. But on the bigger, more expensive pieces, we will deliver them to you by private carrier or you can come to Miami to pick them up.
