This is a stunning conversation piece. The lower part is Ruby and the upper part is Zoisite, the matrix of green with black markings, where a lot of Ruby is found in India. The Ganesh is masterfully carved in a half-sitting and half-lying down position. We just happened to come across this eye-catching piece in a shop in North Carolina and bought it immediately.
